BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for Mauritius

BNESIM does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Mauritius. The provider’s plans for the island are fixed‑data bundles, the largest of which offer 100GB of high‑speed data. For example, a 100GB plan is available for 30 days at a set price, and a separate 100GB plan has no expiry date. Both plans support 5G connectivity and allow tethering.

Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most travelers, unless a user expects to consume data well beyond the 100GB allowance.

BNESIM does not provide a Mauritius eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only plans for travelers visiting Mauritius.

Travelers who need to make calls or send messages can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict these services, so users should confirm that the apps they rely on are accessible in Mauritius before purchasing an eSIM.

BNESIM lists 14 single‑country data plans and 28 multi‑country data plans available for Mauritius. The plans cover a price range from $3.19 to $478.87 and data caps from 1 GB up to 100 GB. Some of the plans also allow tethering.
