BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for Moldova

No, BNESIM does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Moldova. The only plan with “Unlimited” in its name is the Moldova Unlimited 10 days plan, which offers 3 GB of full‑speed data per day; once the daily quota is reached the speed drops to 1 Mbps.

Travelers who need more data can choose a fixed data plan. For example, the Surf 100 GB in Moldova plan offers 100 GB of full‑speed data for 30 days, and the Surf 100 GB in Moldova (no expiry) provides the same amount with no time limit. These fixed‑data options give a larger allowance than the daily‑quota plan and may be more cost‑effective for most users.

BNESIM does not offer any Moldova eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capabilities. The provider supplies only data‑only eSIMs for the country.

Travelers who need voice or text services can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection; however, they should verify that those services are available and not restricted in Moldova before purchasing a plan.

BNESIM lists a total of 44 data plans for Moldova, comprising 15 single‑country plans that cover only Moldova and 29 multi‑country plans that include Moldova as part of a broader regional bundle. The fixed data cap options range from 1 GB up to 100 GB and are priced between $2.84 and $432.90 USD, while the daily data cap plans provide daily limits for a short‑term stay and are part of the same overall price and data range. Both types of plans allow tethering with a reduced speed of 1000 kbps on the affected deals.
