CocoRoam eSIM Data Plans for Namibia

No, CocoRoam does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Namibia. Travelers who need coverage there can select from a variety of fixed data plans. For example, the Namibia 5GB 30d plan and the Namibia 3GB 30d plan give a set amount of data that must be used within a 30‑day validity period. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most users unless the traveler is an extremely heavy data consumer.

CocoRoam does not provide a Namibia eSIM that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Travelers interested in Namibia can only purchase data‑only plans from CocoRoam. While these plans do not support traditional voice or text messaging, popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage can normally be used over the data connection to make calls and send messages. However, some destinations may block or restrict certain apps or VoIP services, so travelers should verify that the apps they rely on work in Namibia before purchasing a plan.

CocoRoam offers 13 single country data plans for Namibia, with no multi‑country options available. The plans are split into two types: six daily data cap options and seven fixed data cap options. Prices range from $30.90 to $518.30, and data caps vary between 1 GB and 5 GB, while validity periods span from 1 to 30 days. Several of the plans allow tethering and provide a reduced speed option of 500, 1250, or 2000 during the validity period.
