nextSIM eSIM Data Plans for New Zealand

nextSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for New Zealand. All plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name actually include a fixed data allowance, such as 1 GB or 2 GB per day, after which the speed is reduced to 512 kbps or 2000 kbps.

Travelers who need a larger data supply can choose from nextSIM’s fixed data plans. For example, the eSIM Pro New Zealand 200GB 90Days Mobile Data + SMS Number offers 200 GB of high‑speed data for 90 days, and the eSIM New Zealand Unlimited 10Days Standard provides 1 GB per day for 10 days. These fixed plans can be more cost‑effective for most users unless a very heavy data consumer requires a truly unlimited option.

nextSIM does not provide New Zealand eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only plans are available from this provider. Travelers who need voice or text services can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict certain services, so it is advisable to check that the apps you rely on are accessible in New Zealand before purchasing.

nextSIM lists 70 single‑country plans and 83 multi‑country plans in its overall catalogue. The data set does not break down these numbers by individual country, so the exact count of plans that are specifically available for New Zealand cannot be determined from the information provided. In general, the provider’s plans range in price from about $1.98 to $1, 279.01 and offer data caps from 1 GB up to 200 GB, with validity periods spanning 1 to 365 days.
