Saily eSIM Data Plans for Nigeria

Saily does not provide a true unlimited‑data eSIM for Nigeria. All plans listed by Saily for Nigeria have a fixed data cap, even those with “UNLIMITED” in their names; after the allotted amount is reached the connection speed is reduced.

For travelers who need large data allowances, Saily offers fixed data plans such as the 30GB plan valid for 90 days, the 20GB plan valid for 365 days, or the 15GB plan valid for 90 days. These plans may be a more cost‑effective option unless a user expects to consume very large amounts of high‑speed data.

Saily does not offer an eSIM for Nigeria that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only plans are available from this provider.

Travelers who need voice or text may use internet‑based services such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection. Some destinations may restrict or block VoIP applications, so it is wise to confirm that the apps you rely on can be accessed in Nigeria before purchasing a Saily eSIM.

Saily provides 4 single‑country data plans that cover Nigeria, in addition to 12 multi‑country plans that include Nigeria as part of a broader coverage area. The single‑country plans range in price from about $7 to $20 and offer between 1 GB and 10 GB of data, while the multi‑country options span a similar price spectrum, from roughly $9 to $80, but can provide up to 30 GB of data. Some of the plans feature a reduced speed option, which limits maximum throughput to either 1 Mbps or 1 Kbps for certain data caps. The validity period for both types of plans can be as short as a week or extend up to a year, giving users flexibility in choosing a plan that matches their travel needs.
