Tourist eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Nigeria

Tourist eSIM does not provide true unlimited data plans for Nigeria. All plans listed for Nigeria have a hard data cap, with the highest offering 3 GB of high‑speed data per day for up to 30 days. After the daily allowance is used, the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps.

Travelers can choose from fixed data plans such as the “Nigeria • Unlimited Data • 30 Days” that gives 3 GB per day for 30 days, or the “Nigeria • Unlimited Data • 7 Days” that offers 3 GB per day for a week. These plans are more cost‑effective for most users compared to buying an unlimited‑named plan, which still has a daily data limit.

Tourist eSIM does not provide a Nigerian eSIM with a local phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only plans for travel to Nigeria. Users can still use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection, but they should confirm that these apps are accessible in Nigeria before purchasing, as some destinations may block or limit access to certain VoIP services.

Tourist eSIM provides 16 single‑country plans in Nigeria and an additional 84 multi‑country plans that include Nigeria. The plans range in price from $4.62 to $426.78 and offer data caps from 1 GB to 100 GB. Among the options there are both fixed data amount plans, which give a set quantity of data for a defined validity period, and daily data cap plans that allow a specified amount of data to be used each day during the plan’s duration.
