The plans titled “AlpineSIM Unlimited Global” actually give a fixed daily allowance of 1 GB or 2 GB of high‑speed data; after that threshold the data is still available but the speed is throttled, which is why the plan is sometimes called “unlimited” in name only.

If a larger, fixed data burden is preferable, AlpineSIM sells high‑capacity plans such as 20 GB for 30 days priced at $74.17 or 10 GB for 30 days at $42.03. These plans give a single, larger data pool that runs out when the 20 GB or 10 GB limit is reached. For travelers who need continuous high‑speed connectivity without a daily cap, a fixed‑data plan can be more cost‑effective than the daily‑capped unlimited options.

AlpineSIM does not provide Africa eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All Africa eSIM offerings from AlpineSIM are data‑only.
