BetterRoaming eSIM Data Plans for Africa

BetterRoaming does not currently sell an unlimited eSIM plan for Africa. All of its Africa‑focused offers are fixed‑data packages of 5 GB, 3 GB or 1 GB. A 5 GB plan is available for 30 days at $34.99 USD and covers more than 110 African and surrounding countries, while a 3 GB plan costs $23.99 USD for 30 days, and a 1 GB plan can be purchased for 7 days at $8.99 USD. These fixed plans may be more economical for travelers unless they expect to use an extremely large amount of data.

BetterRoaming does not provide eSIM plans that include a local phone number or SMS service for Africa. Only data‑only eSIM options are available for African destinations. Travelers who need voice or messaging can instead use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection.
