AloOui eSIM Data Plans for Balkans countries

AloOui does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for the Balkans. Its “Unlimited” plans give 1 GB of high‑speed data per day and, once that limit is reached, the speed is reduced to either 512 kbps or 1.25 Mbps. Similarly, the 2 GB/day plans reduce to 2 Mbps after the data cap is used.

If you need larger data allowances, AloOui offers fixed‑data plans such as 100 GB for 30 days, 100 GB for 90 days, 100 GB for 180 days, 50 GB for 30 days and 50 GB for 90 days. These plans provide a continuous high‑speed data experience without the throttling that occurs after the limited “Unlimited” daily caps.

AloOui does not provide a Balkans eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider’s Balkans plans are data‑only and do not contain a dialing code or messaging service.

Travelers can still communicate over the data connection using VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage, though some destinations may restrict or block particular services. Users should verify that the apps they rely on are accessible in the Balkans before purchasing an AloOui data‑only plan.

AlloOui offers coverage for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia. The “Balkans eSIM” plan includes all seven of these countries. The “Global eSIM” and “Global – Max eSIM” plans also contain the same seven Balkan countries. The “Global – Standard eSIM” plan covers six of them—Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia—omitting Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kosovo is not included in any of the AloOui Balkan coverage plans.
