Keepgo does not offer any unlimited data eSIM for the Balkans. All of its plans for this region have fixed data allowances. For example, Keepgo provides a 50 GB plan that remains valid for an unlimited period, priced at $155.00 USD, and a 10 GB plan for $60.00 USD, both of which include tethering. There is also a 25 GB plan available for $125.00 USD.
