Movisim eSIM Data Plans for Balkans countries

Movisim does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for the Balkans. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in their names, such as the 1‑Day eSIMs for 500 MB, 1 GB and 2 GB, actually give a fixed amount of high‑speed data per day; after that limit is reached the speed drops to 384 kbps. All of these plans cover Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia with 5G.

Travelers who need more data can choose one of the fixed‑data plans. For example, the 20 GB 30‑Day eSIM and the 10 GB 30‑Day eSIM both provide 5G coverage across the same countries and require a 30‑day validity. These larger bundles are often more cost‑effective unless a user requires extremely heavy data consumption.

Movisim does not provide eSIM plans for the Balkans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All available Balkans eSIMs from Movisim are data‑only. Travelers who need phone‑style communication can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations in the Balkans may block or restrict access to specific apps or VoIP services, so it is advisable to confirm the availability of the apps you rely on before purchasing a data‑only plan.

Movisim’s eSIM offerings cover all eight Balkan countries of the approved list: Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo. The Balkans /day (Unlimited) – 1-Day eSIM plan includes Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia. The GLOBAL 120 1.-7-Day eSIM plan and the Global 1.-7-Day eSIM plan each include every country on the list, including Kosovo. All three plans also provide coverage in regions beyond the Balkans; however, the Balkan coverage remains consistent across each option.
