nextSIM eSIM Data Plans for Balkans countries

nextSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for the Balkans. All plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name actually have a hard data cap—typically 1 GB or 2 GB per day—after which the speed is reduced to 512 kbps or 2000 kbps.

Travelers who need more data can choose from fixed data plans that offer larger allowances. For example, nextSIM sells a 100 GB plan valid for 30 days and a 100 GB plan valid for 60 days, both covering the same Balkan countries. These fixed data plans can be more cost‑effective for users who consume a lot of data.

nextSIM does not offer any Balkan eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. All of its Balkan plans are strictly data‑only.
Travelers who need voice or messaging can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but it is important to verify that the apps they plan to use are accessible in the specific country before purchasing the plan.

nextSIM offers several eSIM plans that cover Balkan countries; the plans that include Balkan coverage are eSIM EUROPE_LITE Premium, eSIM BALKANS Premium, eSIM EUROPE Premium, eSIM Balkans Standard, eSIM Pro Europe Zone 4, 42 Tari, eSIM Global Standard, eSIM Global Unlimited Standard, eSIM GLOBAL Premium, and eSIM Global Unlimited Plus Standard. All of these plans cover the approved Balkan countries of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, while Kosovo is not listed in the coverage. In addition to these Balkan countries, each plan also provides coverage in other regions, though those external territories are not detailed in this summary.
