Tourist eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Caribbean

Tourist eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for the Caribbean. The plans that carry the “Unlimited Data” label give a fixed high‑speed allowance that resets each day – for example, the Caribbean (20+ countries) • Unlimited Data • 1 Day plan offers 2GB/day, and the Caribbean (25+ countries) • Unlimited Data • 7 Days plan offers 3GB/day. Once the daily allowance is used, the speed is throttled to 2000kbps or 1000kbps, respectively. Travelers who need more data can choose fixed data plans such as the Caribbean (20+ countries) • 50GB • 30 days plan, which provides a larger, non‑throttled data bundle. These fixed data plans are generally more cost‑effective for users who consume a lot of data.

Tourist eSIM does not offer Caribbean eSIM plans that provide a local phone number or SMS capability. The provider only sells data‑only eSIMs for Caribbean destinations.

Travelers who need to communicate while abroad can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict certain apps. It is advisable to verify that the apps you rely on are accessible in the specific Caribbean location before purchasing a plan.
