BetterRoaming does not provide any unlimited data eSIM plans for Central America. Travelers looking to cover visits to Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and El Salvador can instead choose from fixed‑data options. For example, the Global – 30 Days – 5 GB plan costs $34.99 USD and the Global – 30 Days – 3 GB plan costs $23.99 USD. A smaller 1 GB plan is available for 7 days at $8.99 USD. These fixed data packages can be more economical unless a traveler requires extremely heavy data usage.

BetterRoaming does not offer Central America eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All Central America eSIMs from BetterRoaming are data‑only plans. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for voice and text communications.

BetterRoaming’s Global plan includes coverage across Central America, providing service in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Panama, Nicaragua and Honduras.
