Jetpac eSIM Data Plans for Central America

Jetpac does not offer an unlimited data eSIM for Central America. Every plan listed for Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador has a finite data allowance, such as 50 GB or 40 GB, and is sold for a set period ranging from 30 days to 365 days.

Travelers looking for data coverage in Central America can choose from Jetpac’s fixed‑data plans. For example, the Global 50GB plan is valid for 365 days and costs $249.00 USD, while the Global 40GB plan is valid for 30 days and costs $99.99 USD. Both plans allow tethering and cover Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador and 98 additional countries.

Jetpac does not provide Central America eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All available plans from Jetpac for Central America are data‑only, so travelers will not receive a local phone number and cannot send or receive SMS messages through the eSIM.

If contact or messaging is needed, travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection. These apps allow calls and texts using the internet, bypassing the need for a traditional phone number.

Jetpac’s eSIM plans that are available in Central America cover Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua. Both the Global plan and the Latin America plan include these four countries as part of their Central American coverage.
