Roamic does not provide an unlimited‑data eSIM for Central America.
Instead, Roamic offers fixed‑data plans that cover Central America. One option is the South America eSIM 10GB / 30 Days plan, priced at $51.83 USD, and another is the South America eSIM 5GB / 21 Days plan for $29.94 USD. These plans give a set amount of high‑speed data for a specified validity period and may suit most travelers’ needs.

Because the plans have a capped data allowance, choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for users who are not extremely heavy data consumers, while heavy users would need to monitor usage to avoid exceeding the caps.
