nextSIM does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for East Asia. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in the name all contain a fixed data allowance (for example, 1GB or 2GB) and specify a reduced speed (512kbps or 2000kbps) once that limit is reached.

Travelers who need more capacity can choose from the available fixed‑data options. For instance, the eSIM 20GB 30 Days Asia plan delivers 20GB of data for 30 days, and the eSIM Unlimited Plus 1 Day Asia plan offers 2GB of data for one day with a temporary speed boost to 2000kbps before throttling. These fixed‑data plans tend to be more cost‑effective for users who consume large amounts of data compared to the “unlimited” labels that actually impose limits.

nextSIM does not provide East Asia eSIM plans that include a local phone number or SMS capability. Their East Asia offerings are data‑only. Travelers can still use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for voice and text communication.
