nextSIM does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for East Asia. All plans that use the name “Unlimited” supply only a fixed amount of high‑speed data, such as 1 GB or 2 GB per day, after which the speed drops to 512 kbps or 2000 kbps.

Travelers who need more data can choose nextSIM’s fixed‑data plans. For example, the 50 GB 30 days Premium plan covers China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Macau, Taiwan and 150 other countries for $1, 295.03 USD, while the 20 GB 30 days Standard plan covers Hong Kong, South Korea, Macau, Taiwan and 10 other countries for $52.12 USD. These fixed‑data options are generally more cost‑effective for heavy data users than the limited‑data “Unlimited” plans.

nextSIM does not provide East Asia eSIM plans that include a local phone number or SMS capability. Their East Asia offerings are data‑only. Travelers can still use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for voice and text communication.
