Astaroam does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Europe. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in the name actually contain a hard data cap – for example, the “Unlimited – 1Day” plan offers only 1GB of high‑speed data, and the “Unlimited – 3 to 30 days” plans provide 3GB per day, all with a reduced speed of 1000 kbps once the limit is reached.

Instead, Astaroam sells fixed data plans that may suit heavier users. A 20GB plan valid for 30 days costs $7.51 USD, while a 10GB plan of the same duration is priced at $4.93 USD. These plans give a larger, unthrottled data allowance within the validity period and can be more cost‑effective for travelers who expect to use more data than the capped “Unlimited” offerings allow.

Astaroam does not offer eSIM plans in Europe that include a phone number or SMS capability. All available plans from this provider are data‑only, allowing travelers to use only internet connectivity.

If you need voice or messaging functionality while traveling in Europe, you can rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection that Astaroam provides.
