Saily does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for the Middle East; all of its plans are capped. The plans identified as “Global UNLIMITED” actually provide 30 GB of high‑speed data, after which the speed is reduced to either 1000 kbps or 1 kbps according to the plan’s feature description. Because the data allowance is fixed, exceeding it does not activate an unlimited service but rather throttles the connection.
