Maya Mobile does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for North America. All of its North American‑coverage plans are marketed with “Unlimited” in the name, but each plan actually allows 5 GB of high‑speed data per day, after which the connection is throttled to 3000 kbps. For example, the “3 Days Unlimited Global Data” plan costs $9.99 and gives 5 GB per day, while the “30 Days Unlimited Global Data” plan costs $49.99 and also supplies 5 GB per day.

If a traveler needs a larger amount of data, Maya Mobile offers fixed‑data plans that may be more economical unless the user is an extremely heavy data consumer. These plans provide a set data allowance—such as 10 GB, 20 GB, or higher—without the daily cap, making them a cost‑effective choice for most trips.

Maya Mobile does not provide a North America eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only eSIM plans for North America; you can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage to make calls and send messages over the data connection in place of a traditional phone number and SMS service.
