The only plan that uses the word “Unlimited” in its name, Canada & Mexico Unlimited, actually allows 10GB of high‑speed data per day. Once that daily allowance is reached, the speed is throttled, so the plan is not unlimited in the sense of offering unlimited high‑speed data.

Travelers who need larger, fixed data amounts can choose from Sim Local’s high‑data fixed plans. For example, the North America 20 GB plan delivers 20GB of high‑speed data for 31 days at $35.00 USD, and the Canada & Mexico 20 GB plan provides 20GB for 30 days at $40.75 USD. These fixed plans are generally more cost effective for users who require a sizable amount of data but do not need an unlimited supply.

Sim Local does not provide North America eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only eSIMs for use in that region.
