eSIMCard does not provide truly unlimited high‑speed data plans for South America. All of its listed eSIM plans are capped at either 1GB per day or 2GB per day, and after the cap the speed is throttled to a reduced rate of 512kbps or 2000kbps.

If you need more data for a trip to South America, consider fixed‑data eSIM options from other providers. For example, Orange offers a 100GB plan that lasts 31 days, and another 50GB plan also for 31 days, both of which provide unlimited high‑speed data during the validity period. These plans can be a more cost‑effective choice for heavy data users than the high‑speed limited plans of eSIMCard.
