Airalo does not provide any unlimited‑data eSIM plans for South America. All of its offerings for this region are fixed‑data packages. For example, a 20GB plan is available for 365 days at $66.00 USD, and a 10GB plan lasts 180 days for $57.00 USD. These fixed‑data options give travelers a large amount of high‑speed data for a set period of time. Choosing a fixed‑data plan can be more cost effective for most users, unless one expects to consume data at a very high rate beyond the plan’s limits.

Airalo does not provide an eSIM for South America that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are available for that region, and travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages.
