Globie eSIM Data Plans for South America

Globie does not provide a true unlimited-data eSIM for South America.
All Globie plans listed for the region have a fixed data allowance. For example, the “S&C America Unlimited for 5 days” plan gives 3GB of data per day for five days, after which the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps. Another option is the “Global 20GB for 30 days” plan, which offers a 20GB data bundle that can be used at full speed for up to 30 days. These fixed‑data plans are the only options available through Globie in South America, and they may be more cost‑effective unless a traveler expects to consume very high data volumes.

Globie does not offer South America eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are available for travelers heading to South America. If you need to make voice calls or send messages, you can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict certain apps, so it is advisable to verify that the services you rely on are accessible before purchasing.
