JamboSim eSIM Data Plans for South America

JamboSim does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for South America.
Its so‑called “unlimited” plans give up to 3 GB of high‑speed data per day, after which the speed drops to about 1 Mbps, so the data is not unlimited.

Travelers can instead choose fixed data plans such as the 50 GB/7‑day or 20 GB/30‑day options, which provide a large amount of high‑speed data for the specified validity period.

JamboSim provides South America eSIMs that include a phone number and outbound SMS capability. The available plans range from 1GB for 7 days at $11.99 USD to 20GB for 365 days at $105.99 USD. Each plan offers a phone number with dialing code +1, which is not a local South American number. Voice calls can be made outbound only, and SMS messages can be sent outbound only; inbound calls and messages are not supported.

Users should verify the precise features they need directly with JamboSim before purchasing, as the plans also allow tethering and have validity periods ranging from 7 days to 365 days.
