Amigo eSIM does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for South Asia. All of its South Asia plans have a finite data cap instead of an unlimited option.

Amigo eSIM offers fixed‑data plans whose data caps are larger than typical low‑tier plans. For example, the Asia 10GB 30Days plan costs $37.00 USD and the Asia 5GB 30Days plan costs $20.00 USD. These two plans are selected as representative examples of the larger data allowances available; the full range of plans is broader. Choosing a fixed‑data plan can be more cost‑effective unless you are an extremely heavy data user who would otherwise need an unlimited plan.

Amigo eSIM does not provide an eSIM for South Asia that includes a phone number or SMS functionality. Only data‑only eSIM plans are offered for this region, so travelers cannot receive inbound calls or SMS. They can still use standard VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for voice and messaging needs.

The Amigo eSIM “Asia” plan covers Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in South Asia. This same plan also extends to additional regions beyond South Asia.
