Terrible company. Scammers! I highly recommend not using them! I got an eSIM for India. I set everything up according to the instructions. But the SIM won't connect to any carrier! Support said they'd help me within 24 hours, but three days later, they haven't responded. My vacation was already over, so I asked for a refund. After much persuasion, they said it would be returned in 2-3 days. It's been 9 days now, and I still haven't received a refund! Support hasn't helped at all. They simply stole my money.

I am currently in Pakistan. I am using Mobimatter 17GB, 365days Asia Pacific plan. If I trust my ipad bar, signal is very strong, but I cannot see even a small web page. 4 out of 5, it fails, even when it succeed , it takes many minutes to download a simple page. Please find what is the problem. Is it because of this region(Hunza)? Because in china, it was OK. But I don't think you can call Pakistan service area, if the service quality is this low.
