4S eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Southeast Asia

4S eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Southeast Asia. The plans branded as “Unlimited” actually cap the daily data allowance at 2 GB, 3 GB or 5 GB per day; after the daily limit is reached, the connection speed is reduced to 1000kbps.

If a traveler wants a larger, unthrottled data allowance, 4S eSIM offers fixed‑amount plans such as a 50 GB package valid for 180 days, which covers Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. These larger fixed plans can be more economical for users who need several tens of gigabytes of data while still traveling within Southeast Asia.

4S eSIM does not provide a Southeast Asia eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are offered for this region. Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages without a local phone number.

The Asia (7 areas) /Day plan covers Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The Asia (20 areas) /Day plan adds Laos to that set. The Asia+ - plan includes the same six Southeast‑Asian countries. The Asia (12 areas) /Day plan covers Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The Asia‑20 plan also covers Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The Global – and Global139 plans extend Southeast‑Asian coverage to include Brunei, as well as Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, while the 120+‑area Global plan adds coverage for Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. Several of these plans also offer service beyond Southeast Asia—such as the Asia (20 areas) /Day, the Global – and Global139 plans—although the extra territories are not listed here.
