Jetpac does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Southeast Asia. All plans that carry “Unlimited” in the name actually offer a capped amount of high‑speed data, typically 3 GB per day, after which the speed drops to 1000 kbps. Travelers who need more data can choose from the fixed‑data options that are listed, such as a 40 GB plan valid for 30 days at $59.99, or a 50 GB plan valid for 365 days at $249.00, which may be more cost‑effective for heavy data usage.

Jetpac does not provide Southeast Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability; only data‑only eSIMs are available.

Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict these services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps they require are accessible in Southeast Asia before purchasing a Jetpac eSIM.
