AloOui eSIM Data Plans for Southeast Asia

AloOui does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Southeast Asia. Their “Unlimited” plans actually offer a fixed amount of high‑speed data—1 GB per day for the Lite and Essential variations and 2 GB per day for the Plus variation—after which the speed is throttled to 512 kbps or 1.25 Mbps or 2 Mbps, respectively.

If you need more data without a speed cap, AloOui supplies fixed‑amount plans such as the 100 GB eSIM valid for 90 days or the 100 GB eSIM valid for 30 days. These plans give you a large, unthrottled data allowance, which may be more cost‑effective for heavy data users traveling in Southeast Asia.

AloOui does not offer any eSIM plan for Southeast Asia that includes a phone number or SMS capability; all available plans are data‑only. Travelers who need to make calls or send messages can use VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations in Southeast Asia may block or restrict access to these apps, so users should verify that the services they rely on work there before purchasing a plan.
