Halo eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Réunion

Halo eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Réunion. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in their names actually offer a fixed allowance of 3GB per day; after the daily limit is reached the speed is throttled to 1 Mbps for the rest of that day. These fixed‑data plans are valid for 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, or 30 days, depending on the chosen option. For travelers who need a larger uninterrupted data allowance, Halo eSIM offers several fixed data plans such as “Reunion 20 GB / 30 days, ” “Reunion 10 GB / 30 days, ” and “Reunion 5 GB / 30 days, ” all valid for 30 days. These alternatives remain cost‑effective unless a user is an extremely heavy data consumer.

Halo eSIM does not provide a Réunion eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only plans for Réunion. Travelers who need voice or messaging can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these services are accessible in Réunion before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict certain apps.

Halo eSIM offers 12 single‑country data plans and 3 multi‑country data plans that include Réunion. Across its catalogue the pricing ranges from $3.96 to $72.16, the data caps span 1 GB to 20 GB, and validity periods vary from 3 to 30 days. The provider also provides two types of plans: seven options feature a daily data cap, while eight options offer a fixed data amount.
