iRoamly eSIM Data Plans for Réunion

iRoamly does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM plan for Réunion. All of its listed plans for the island have a hard data cap of 500GB, even though their names include the word “Unlimited.” Once the 500GB allowance is used, the speed is throttled to 384kbps as stated in the features.

Instead, iRoamly offers fixed data plans of 500GB that can be purchased for 1 to 30 days, with prices ranging from $23.00 USD for a single day to $633.50 USD for thirty days. These plans give access to 5G coverage across Réunion and the fourteen other countries in the Africa‑17 Countries bundle, and they support tethering. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective unless a traveler needs data beyond the 500GB limit.

iRoamly does not provide a Réunion eSIM with a phone number or SMS capability. The provider currently offers only data‑only plans for Réunion. Travelers who need voice or text services can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should confirm that these services are accessible in Réunion before making a purchase.

iRoamly offers 67 single‑country data plans that include Réunion and an additional 141 multi‑country plans that cover the island. The overall price range for these plans is roughly $0.00 to $633.50, with data caps spanning from 500 MB to 500 GB and validity periods ranging from one to thirty days. Within the portfolio, 77 plans use a daily data cap while 131 are fixed‑data‑amount offerings. The single‑country plans provide a more focused coverage for Réunion alone, whereas the multi‑country plans bundle Réunion with other destinations, allowing travelers to access data across multiple regions from a single eSIM.
