Truphone eSIM Data Plans for Romania

Truphone does not have any unlimited data eSIM plans for Romania.
Instead, several fixed‑data options are available. For example, a 20GB plan is priced at $52.36 USD and is valid for 30 days, while a 12GB plan costs $29.09 USD and also runs for 30 days. Smaller plans of 5GB at $17.45 USD and 3GB at $15.13 USD offer the same 30‑day validity. Choosing a fixed‑data plan can be more cost effective for most travelers, unless a user expects to consume exceptionally high amounts of data.

Truphone does not provide an eSIM for Romania that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only plans in that country. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages.
