ZenSim eSIM Data Plans for Sri Lanka

ZenSim does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Sri Lanka. All plans that bear the “Unlimited” name are limited to 3GB per day, after which speed is reduced to 1000kbps. If a traveler wants higher data volumes without a daily cap, ZenSim offers fixed data plans such as the 40GB‑30 days plan for $57.00 USD or the 20GB‑15 days plan for $27.00 USD. These fixed plans give a set data allowance that must be used within the stated validity period.

ZenSim does not provide eSIM plans for Sri Lanka that include a phone number or SMS capability; only data‑only eSIMs are offered. Travelers who need voice and messaging can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage on the data connection, but they should verify that the apps they rely on are accessible in Sri Lanka before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict specific services.

For Sri Lanka, ZenSim offers 13 single‑country data plans and 18 multi‑country data plans, giving customers a choice of 31 different feeds. The offerings vary from fixed‑data packages—available in 25 separate caps—to daily data‑cap plans, of which 6 are offered. Prices span from about $5 to $119, while data caps range from 1 GB up to 40 GB, with validity periods from 5 to 90 days. Tethering is allowed on all plans, and a reduced speed tier of up to 1000 kbit/s is available on some of the higher‑priced options.
