Lumbus does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Tanzania. The plans marketed as “Tanzania Unlimited” give 3 GB of high‑speed data each day, with validity options of 3, 7, 14 or 30 days; after the daily limit the data continues to be available but may be throttled. This differs from a plan with no data cap at all.

Travelers who need higher data volumes can choose one of Lumbus’s fixed‑data options instead. For example, a Tanzania 20 GB plan is valid for 30 days, and a Global 20 GB plan covers Tanzania plus 118 other countries for 30 days. These fixed plans may be more economical for heavy data users.

Lumbus does not provide any Tanzania eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are available.
