Stixrs eSIM Data Plans for Tanzania

Stixrs does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Tanzania. All plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name give a hard limit of 3 GB per day; after that daily amount the speed is reduced to 1000 kbps. For travelers who need a larger amount of high‑speed data, Stixrs offers fixed data plans. Examples include the 50 GB plan valid for 90 days or the 20 GB plan for 30 days. These fixed‑data bundles can be more cost‑effective for users who consume a lot of data, since they include a set amount of data without the daily cap or speed reduction found in the “Unlimited” plans.

Stixrs does not provide a Tanzania eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The only plans available from the provider for Tanzania are data‑only eSIMs.

Travelers who need voice or text can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict specific apps or VoIP services, so it is advisable to verify that the apps they rely on are accessible in Tanzania before purchasing.

Stixrs provides ten single‑country data plans for Tanzania. The plans range from $3.00 to $231.00 and offer data caps between 1 GB and 50 GB over validities of 3 to 90 days. Some of the single‑country options are fixed‑amount plans while others cap the data on a daily basis, giving travelers flexibility depending on how much data they need per day or for the whole stay.
