MobileSIM does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Uganda. All of the plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name actually supply a data cap of 3 GB per day; once that limit is reached the speed drops toãs 1000 kbps.

If an unlimited data plan is not available, MobileSIM offers several fixed‑data alternatives that might better suit heavy‑usage travelers. For example, a 20 GB plan that is valid for 30 days costs $58 USD, while a 10 GB plan for 30 days is priced at $35.50 USD. These fixed‑data plans avoid throttling after a cap is reached and can be more economical unless a traveler requires constant high‑speed data consumption.

MobileSIM does not offer any Uganda eSIM plan that provides a phone number or SMS capability. All of its Uganda eSIM offerings are data‑only, so travelers who need voice or messaging can use VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection.

MobileSIM provides five single‑country plans and 21 multi‑country plans for use in Uganda.
