Based on my 5-day experience I strongly recommend NOT to buy from this company: Despite full LTE network coverage, the connection was either nonexistent or poor. It was impossible to use Google Maps, Google translator, emails, or even the browser... even WhatsApp and Telegram worked very poorly: no videos, no pictures most of the time…. waiting for ages… probably the speed was 64kbps…
I wrote to them and it is true that they replied quite fast offering to help… but my holidays were almost over and the frustration too big.
On the same device I have already used 4 other eSims and never experienced such a miserable service. So I assume it was not a problem of my device and its settings.
