It was impossible to use Google Maps, Google translator, emails, or even the browser... even WhatsApp and Telegram worked very poorly: no videos, no pictures most of the time…. waiting for ages… probably the speed was 64kbps…
I wrote to them and it is true that they replied quite fast offering to help… but my holidays were almost over and the frustration too big.
On the same device I have already used 4 other eSims and never experienced such a miserable service. So I assume it was not a problem of my device and its settings.
