“Signed up for them because their website advertises Rogers as provider, and Rogers is the only provider with service in the remote location I travelled to. Upon activating the esim, the provider was actually Telus, and did not work where I was. I contacted PhoneBox to request a transfer to Rogers or a refund, but was denied on both accounts. This company is horrible, customer service is unwilling to help. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a service provider.”
