Lumbus eSIM Data Plans for Cyprus

Lumbus does not sell a true unlimited data eSIM for Cyprus. Its plans with “Unlimited” in the name provide a daily allowance of 3GB; after that limit the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps, so the data is not unlimited.

If you need more data, Lumbus offers fixed‑data options instead. For example, the Cyprus 50GB 180‑day bundle and the Europe 35 areas 100GB 180‑day plan give large amounts of high‑speed data that can be used over the validity period. These fixed‑data plans can be a more cost‑effective choice for travelers who want a larger allowance without the speed reduction that comes after the daily 3 GB cap.

Lumbus does not provide a Cyprus eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability; the available plans are data‑only. Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for voice and text, but the availability of these services can vary, so it is wise to confirm that the apps they rely on work in Cyprus before purchasing.

Lumbus provides 11 data plans that cover Cyprus alone and 56 plans that include Cyprus within a broader multi‑country bundle. The plans cover a price range from about $1.99 to $140.99 and a data cap range that spans from 1 GB up to 100 GB, with a validity period of 1 to 365 days.

Among the offerings, 12 plans are based on a daily data cap—meaning you get a set amount of data each day—while 55 plans use a fixed data cap that applies to the entire validity period. This mix gives travelers choices between flexible daily consumption and a larger, single‑bundle data allowance.
