RoamGo eSIM Data Plans for DR Congo

RoamGo does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for DR Congo. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name give a fixed amount of high‑speed data each day—1 GB or 2 GB—and after that limit is reached the connection continues at a reduced speed of 384 kbps until the next midnight reset. Because the data allowance is capped, these plans are not unlimited.

If you need a larger, fixed data allowance, RoamGo offers several high‑capacity plans for DR Congo. For example, a 20 GB plan valid for 30 days or a 20 GB plan valid for 365 days provide a set amount of high‑speed data that can be used at any time during the validity period. These fixed data plans can be more cost‑effective for travelers who expect to use a substantial amount of data while in DR Congo.

RoamGo does not provide any eSIM plan for DR Congo that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are available from this provider for DR Congo. Travelers who need voice or text services can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but the availability of these apps can vary in DR Congo. It is advisable to confirm that the VoIP services you rely on are accessible in DR Congo before purchasing a plan.

RoamGo offers a single‑country data plan for DR Congo, with no dedicated multi‑country option listed for this country. The available plan covers 500 MB up to 20 GB of data, priced between $2.45 and $1, 170, and the validity can range from 1 to 365 days.
