Skratch eSIM Data Plans for DR Congo

Skratch does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name deliver 2GB per day with a reduced speed of 1000kbps after the 2GB daily threshold is reached, which is a fixed‑data bundle rather than an unlimited offer.

If travelers need a larger uninterrupted data allowance, Skratch offers fixed data plans such as 20GB for 30 days, 10GB for 30 days, and 5GB for 30 days. These plans give full speed for the stated amount and can be more economical for moderate to high data usage.

Skratch does not offer eSIM plans with a phone number or SMS capability for DR Congo; only data‑only eSIM plans are available from the provider.

Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging. Some destinations may block or restrict specific VoIP services, so users should check that the apps they rely on are accessible in DR Congo before purchasing.

Skratch provides a total of 14 distinct data plans for DR Congo, split between 11 single‑country offerings and 3 multi‑country packages. The plans span a price range from $6.99 to $359.70 and a data cap range between 1 GB and 20 GB, with validity periods that vary from 3 to 30 days. Among the plans, six feature daily data caps that limit how much data can be used each day, while the remaining eight offer fixed data caps that give a set amount of data for the entire validity period.
