Truely eSIM Data Plans for DR Congo

Truely does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for DR Congo. Instead it offers fixed data plans for visitors. For example, travelers can purchase a 20GB plan that is valid for 30 days or a 10GB plan that is also valid for 30 days; an additional 10GB plan is available with no expiry date. Because these plans have a set data ceiling, the total cost depends on how many megabytes are needed. Selecting a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most travelers unless an exceptionally heavy data user is expected.

Truely does not provide eSIM plans for DR Congo that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are offered for this destination.

Travelers who need voice or messaging can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict access to these services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you rely on are available in DR Congo before purchasing a plan.

Truely offers eight single‑country data plans and eight multi‑country plans that include DR Congo. The single‑country offerings are tuned solely for use within DR Congo, whereas the multi‑country plans allow travel to several destinations at once, still covering DR Congo. Across both groups, prices run from about $5.29 up to $143.49, and data caps range from 300 MB to 20 GB for the different plans.
