BlueSky eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data plan for Estonia. The packages that carry “Unlimited” in the name actually allow 3GB of high‑speed data per day; after that limit is reached the speed throttles to 1000kbps. For travelers who need more data, BlueSky offers fixed data plans, such as the 20GB/30d plan priced at $27.50 USD, which provides 20GB of unrestricted high‑speed data for 30 days. Choosing a fixed‑data plan can be more economical if the user requires a large amount of data but is not an extremely heavy consumer.

BlueSky eSIM does not provide an eSIM with a phone number or SMS capability for Estonia. Only data‑only eSIM plans are offered for travelers in that country.

Travelers can still use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages without a local phone number.
