Good value but connectivity sketchy outside of major metropolitan areas
It’s a typical scam - don’t use it.
I had issue from beginning.
First I couldn’t install it and they told me I need to be in the destination country.
Later after reaching destination country it was still not working.
I spent like TWO HOURS with them on support chat and they didn’t help and they don’t want to give me my money back.
Strongly not recommend - use anything else but not that.
I've now bought and used 30-40 eSIMs in various countries and some are better than others. But by far, Airhub is the WORST. Did not work at all in some countries that were advertised (Canada/Monaco) and customer support was a bang-your-head against-a-wall situation.
NEVER AGAIN.
the experience was terrible. SCAM!!!!!!!
and when i texted them they just kept tell me to wait for ever!!!!!!
I purchased my Esim and it give me my Qrcode afterwards. I tried sending them an email but there was no reply. Also, I tried their chat on their website it they replied but didnt give me a QRcode still.
Dont think of going with this !!!!!!
Very bad! Be aware!!!!

Tried to contact them, only possible via email!
Was leaving next day so bought from Global instead
Lost 45$

Worked well in UK + Poland. Had no problems. Bought monthly plans currently... Will update later if any bad issues occurred
we bought esim, we received payment receipt through email and didn't receive QR code. they are asking to log in and it never allows us to log in.. complete scam..I recommend esimdb to remove this scam company from list. DONT BUY!!!!
esim wasn't working, customer service wasn't able to solve the problem during the stay in the UK. Refund was refused
Bought the "Europe 30 Day 1GB" E-sim connecting to the O² network in the UK. Works great, and getting the exact same connection speeds (25-35mbps) as my friend's phone which is using an O² SIM.
SIM simply did not work in Singapore and support was non existent!!
tried to get me to use their portal which wanted me to accept cookies without information on them, a real no no.
SIM supplied for UK was not as advertised connected to EE not O2.
Will not be using them again!
The service was okay on 5G, but the moment it switched to 3G or LTE it was horrible - slow, to non-existent, frustrating and unreliable. I would try another provider next time.
Poor connections in London. Usually slow and often would not connect at all. Do not recommend.
App froze during sim purchase. Money were withdrawn from my card. But e sim card wasn’t given. No answer from support for more than 12 hours
Currently, eSIMDB lists over 90 travel eSIM brands offering service in United Kingdom, with a very extensive selection of over 3700 prepaid data plans available. This wide variety of options makes it easy for travelers to find an eSIM that suits their specific data needs and travel duration.
Several providers offer unlimited data eSIM plans for United Kingdom, including Truely, Firsty, Airhub, Billion Connect, Roamify, Yesim, ETravelSim, and ByteSIM. Please be aware that these plans may have limitations, such as potential speed throttling or, in the case of Firsty, a speed limit of 256kbps. Pricing for these unlimited plans generally ranges from approximately $0.00 to $65.00 USD, depending on the validity period and provider.
EE: A major UK mobile network operator providing extensive 4G and 5G coverage.
O2: A leading mobile network operator in the UK, offering comprehensive 4G and 5G services.
Vodafone: A prominent UK mobile network operator with widespread 4G and 5G coverage.
Three: A significant UK mobile network operator known for its 4G and expanding 5G services.
In addition to these major operators, the UK hosts several Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) that provide mobile services by leasing access from the primary carriers. Notable local MVNOs include Tesco Mobile and Lyca Mobile. It's important to note that most travel eSIMs rely on the infrastructure of the major Mobile Network Operators rather than MVNOs.
