Globie eSIM Data Plans for Estonia

Globie does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Estonia. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in the name offer 3GB per day of high‑speed data; once that daily quota is exceeded the connection speed is throttled to 1000 kbps. Travelers looking for unlimited usage would need a plan with no data cap, which Globie currently does not sell.

Instead, Globie offers fixed‑data plans for Estonia. Examples include the 20 GB plan valid for 30 days and the 50 GB plan valid for 180 days. These bundles provide a set amount of high‑speed data that must be used within the specified validity period but do not impose a daily quota or reduced speed after a limit is reached. Choosing one of these fixed‑data options can be more cost‑effective for most users, especially if they do not exceed the allotted data allowance.

Globie does not provide an Estonian eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can only purchase data‑only eSIMs from Globie for Estonia. While VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage can normally be used over the data connection for voice and messaging, some destinations may restrict certain VoIP applications. Travelers should confirm that the apps they rely on are accessible in Estonia before buying a data‑only plan.

Globie offers 12 single‑country data plans for Estonia and 16 multi‑country plans that include Estonia. The single‑country plans vary from a modest $3.49 for 1 GB to about $95.99 for 50 GB, while the multi‑country plans range from $3.49 to $95.99 as well, covering from 1 GB up to 50 GB depending on the specific package. Some of the single‑country plans use a fixed data amount, giving you the exact data bundle you pay for, whereas the multi‑country options often provide a daily data cap that accumulates over the validity period.
