Keep On Roaming eSIM Data Plans for Estonia

Keep On Roaming does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Estonia. The plans labeled “Unlimited” give a fixed 1 GB allowance per day (or a single 1 GB total) and the speed is reduced after that limit is reached.

Instead, Keep On Roaming offers fixed data plans that can be more cost‑effective for most travelers. Examples include the 100 GB 30 days plan, the 50 GB 30 days plan, and the 20 GB 30 days plan, all of which provide high‑speed data for the full validity period without a hard cap. These fixed plans are suitable unless a user expects to consume data well beyond the 1 GB daily limit.

Keep On Roaming does not provide an Estonia eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The available plans are data‑only, so travelers will not receive a local number for calling or texting in Estonia.

Those who need voice or messaging can still use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection. Some destinations may restrict certain apps or voice services, so it is advisable to verify that the VoIP apps you rely on are accessible in Estonia before purchasing a plan.

Keep On Roaming provides 15 single‑country and 26 multi‑country data plans that can be used in Estonia. Prices for the available plans range from $5 to $148 while their data volumes span from 1 GB up to 100 GB with validity periods between one and thirty days. Some plans feature a daily data cap, which may be suitable for shorter stays, whereas others deliver a fixed data amount for the entire validity duration. All plans permit tethering, allowing shared data usage with other connected devices.
