Globie eSIM Data Plans for Faroe Islands

Globie does not offer a truly unlimited data eSIM for the Faroe Islands. The plans listed under the “Faroe Unlimited” name provide a fixed amount of high‑speed data—3 GB per day for the specified number of days—after which the speed is reduced to 1000 kbps.

If you need a larger data allowance, Globie offers fixed data plans such as the 20 GB plan for 30 days or the 10 GB plan for 30 days. These plans give a set amount of high‑speed data that must be used within the validity period, and they can be more cost‑effective for most travelers.

Globie does not offer an eSIM plan for the Faroe Islands that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The only plans available for this destination are data‑only eSIMs, so travelers cannot receive or make standard voice or text calls through a local number. However, popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage can usually be used over the data connection to make calls and send messages. Availability of these services can vary, so travelers should confirm that the apps they rely on work in the Faroe Islands before purchasing a data‑only eSIM from Globie.

Globie currently offers eleven single‑country data plans for the Faroe Islands, with no multi‑country options listed. The plans vary in cost from about $5.49 to $313.49 and in data allowance from 1 GB to 20 GB, all valid for 5 to 30 days. The selection includes six daily‑cap plans that provide a fixed amount of data each day and five fixed‑cap plans that provide a set data amount for the entire validity period. There are no multi‑country packages available for the Faroe Islands.
