MobileSIM eSIM Data Plans for Greenland

MobileSIM does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Greenland. The plan marketed as “Greenland Unlimited data for 10 days” offers only 3 GB per day of high‑speed data, after which the connection is throttled to 1000 kbps, so it is a fixed‑data plan rather than an unlimited one.

Customers who need more data can choose from MobileSIM’s fixed data plans that cover Greenland. For example, a 60 GB bundle is valid for 125 days, and a 20 GB bundle is valid for 30 days. These larger‑allowance options may be more cost‑effective unless the traveler is an extremely heavy data user.

MobileSIM does not provide an eSIM for Greenland that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers who need a local number or short‑code messaging must rely on other services such as VoIP apps – WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage can usually be used over the data connection. However, access to these apps can be restricted in some destinations, so users are encouraged to confirm that the applications they depend on are available in Greenland before purchasing a plan.

MobileSIM lists four single‑country plans and ten multi‑country plans that can be used in Greenland. The single‑country plans are all fixed data packages, while the multi‑country set includes a mix of fixed data caps and one daily‑data‑cap option. Prices for these plans range from $2.30 to $165.00, and the data caps vary from 200 MB up to 60 GB.
