MoodSIM eSIM Data Plans for Guam

MoodSIM’s plans for Guam that carry the word “Unlimited” actually include a daily data allowance—such as 1 GB, 2 GB, or 3 GB per day—after which the speed is throttled to a lower rate (for example 512 kbps, 1 Mbps, or 384 kbps). Therefore, they do not provide truly unlimited high‑speed data.

If a traveler wants a larger, consistent data allowance, MoodSIM offers fixed‑data plans such as a 20 GB plan valid for 30 days for $49.49, or a 10 GB plan lasting 30 days for $26.99, which keep the full speed for the specified period.

MoodSIM does not provide Guam eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM options are available from this provider for Guam. Travelers who need voice or text services can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, though they should verify that these services are accessible in Guam before purchasing.

MoodSIM provides a total of 15 single‑country data plans for Guam, and an additional 9 multi‑country plans that include Guam as one of the covered destinations.

The plans vary in pricing from $4.99 to $90.49 USD and in data allowances ranging from 500 MB up to 20 GB, with validity periods between one day and a full year. The offering includes both fixed‑data plans—where a set amount of data is delivered for the duration of the plan—and daily‑data‑cap plans that reset every 24 hours. Many of the plans allow tethering, and some include conditional reduced speeds (512 kbps, 1 Mbps, or 384 kbps) as a way to manage congestion.
